Maison Marc is located in the village of Chemilly sur Yonne, north of Chablis. Florent Jeannequin and his son Henri farm the gherkins naturally, eschewing any pesticide or herbicide. They are one of the very few producers of cornichons left in France. The cornichons are hand-picked and immediately jarred without any preservative. These cornichons are used by the best chefs in France, including Anne-Sophie Pic. They are also served at the Palais de l’Élysée in Paris.
